To contact you in an emergency

To inform you either by email or text of any cancelled classes/or changes to class times.

To inform local Authorities when performing on stage in shows.

To apply for BOPS through local councils for shows.

To send out exams, costume and class invoices via email by our Parent portal software Dancestudio pro

To give you the opportunity to pay via our online portal for class, exam invoices via email by dance studio pro

To give you the opportunity to pay via our online portal for class, exam and costume fees by PayPal and stripe

To inform our teachers of any medical/special need requirements
How Is My Data Stored?

Via our online Parent Portal at https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/dance2dramaparentportal which will only be accessed by Dance2drama employees and can only be accessed by Password via a web browser and then a second password to Dance2drama portal. ( you can view dance studio pro's privacy policy here: https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/privacy-policy/ )

By Paper files, which will be stored in a locked filing cabinet in the office of Dance2drama and will only be accessed by Dance2Drama employees.
How Long Will My Data Be Kept?

Your data will be kept on file for SIX years and then destroyed

To do this please go to your parent account on the dance2drama portal at www.dance2drama.co.uk and click on “Right to be forgotten” this will email the principal who will then remove your data and then inform you this has been done by email.
*Dance2drama have the right to not do this if fees are outstanding.
